My dealings with Raza at Punjatan Tabarrukat have been excellent. Responses to my queries have been super fast and the whole process from order to delivery was very efficient. We are all humans and as such we all make mistakes. For me the best way to judge a company is how they respond when mistakes are made. One of the products that arrived was slightly different to the one we ordered. Once I had brought this up with Raza he responded immediately, apologised and straight away agreed that he would send us the product that we originally ordered.
